This is why you join us! WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT FORWARD YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO ANYONE, EVER. Our business is designed to connect your company with wholesale distributors and wholesale manufacturers of music instruments & music accessories here in the USA. We also use customer information we collect for the purpose of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information, enhancing the operation of our site, protecting the card holders from fraudulent purchases, serving advertisements, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems. We may use third parties to help us fulfill orders, to help process payments, to provide customer service, to serve site content, to serve the advertisements you see on our site, to conduct surveys, to help administer promotional emails, to administer warranties purchased, and to administer drawings or contests. We give them access to the information needed to do their job. Sometimes that includes your personal information. 1. Your Companies dealer membership package is a 1 time fee. There are zero monthly or yearly renewal fees. (Unlike other similar wholesale & drop shipper directories online)
2. Your Companies username and password has no expiration. Pay once and enjoy forever. Forget monthly fees! get plugged in without having to pay forever. Enjoy 24/7 access to our data base of 100% USA based, real wholesale music instrument & accessory product suppliers & drop shippers.
3. We provide your company with access to wholesale distributors & wholesale manufacturers via our confidential password protected website.
4. In some cases, we contact the distributors and manufacturers for your company. (Included with all 3 of our dealer membership packages)
5. You must have a valid tax id or business license in order to join our club and receive our wholesale services.
6. We forward your business information to the wholesale music instrument & accessory distributors and manufacturers so you can compare wholesale pricing and brands. Also you will uncover hard to find distributors! Many US distributors are not easily found online.

10. Downloads are sometimes available directly from the distributors and or manufacturers. We highly recommend downloading any and all product images, descriptions, and pricing from the distributor or manufacturer directly. Of course you will need approval from the supplier to use their data.
11. We will never forward your banking and or credit card info to anyone – anytime. It will be up to you to give the distributors and manufacturers your banking or credit card data.
12. Our order-form for processing your membership request is secure. Note the “H T T P S” in your browser when on our order form.
13. We provide wholesale business to business services. The products themselves are shipped direct from the master wholesale distributor or the wholesale manufacturers with no additional markup. We don’t get in the middle of your sales or orders! Unlike the “others” online.
14. We work with the largest master distributors in the music gear wholesale business. You will now have the same wholesale suppliers as the big boys use.
15. Your company deals directly with the wholesale distributors and or the wholesale manufacturers and pay the wholesale price they offer to all their dealers.
16. Your businesses success is based purely and 100% on your due diligence.
17. We do not guarantee any particular brand to be available to your company. There may be territory restrictions on certain product lines in certain areas.
18. We do not fill out dealer applications or credit applications for your company. That is purely up to you.
19. For International members, the distributor info is available online via your companies user/pass to our confidential website. No contacting of our distributor group is done for international dealers.
20. We do not provide tax advice. Please do not even ask a tax question. We are not tax pro’s!
21. We do not assist you or your company in obtaining any kind of licensing. You must contact your state capital or the IRS directly at all times regarding any and all licensing.
22. By joining our club, you are agreeing to our terms of service and give us full permission to connect your company with USA based wholesale distributors and or manufacturers.
